So... hostmonster upgraded earlier

The hosting provider, hostmonster, upgraded the PHP version 2 days early. This caused the board to stop functioning properly, and prevented me from getting in and backing up the forum installation prior to starting the upgrade I had planned to do tomorrow. Unfortunately, the upgrade ran into issues, as I had feared, and I had no choice but to do a fresh install of everything.

This means that weve lost all users (everyone would need to re-register)
I would need to re-create all of the categories, permissions, settings, etc (and wed have no posts at all, it would be clean start)
Id have to spend the next 20 or so hours re-doing custom modifications I had made to the forum code, for navigation structure, installing custom emoticons, etc.
Tapatalk would need to be set up all over again, and people would probably have to rejoin in tapatalk as well.

It is going to take some time for me to do all of the above, so please bear with me as I look to see how many members even take the time to rejoin.
